consistent hot water excellent food loud traffic no elevator
the room was very clean. the shower was excellent, consistent hot water, the tv worked perfectly and the balcony was nice. there were many pillows, and the refrigerator was larger than a mini so it had plenty of room for snacks. gus' grille was an nice restaurant with people who made sure i was treated well as a solo older female traveller eating by myself. the staff was caring and i really appreciated that and the food was excellent. it was carefully prepared and i was impressed. i used housekeeping for help when i needed a few supplies during the week and to take my trash. they were accommodating and respectful to me as a solo female traveller.
constant loud traffic noise occurred. i had to trek up 15 steps to the room. there was no elevator. i do not recomend room 300.

comfortable bed large balcony
The king-sized room had an AMAZING view of the water and resort. The large balcony was great. The room featured a super comfortable bed, a comfy couch, a nice bathroom, and a Nespresso machine.
The front desk staff could be more cute. They seemed focused on efficiency.

air conditioner problem noisy suite
I booked a king room with a partial bay view and balcony. The hotel didn't have that room available due to a problem with the air conditioner. It upgraded me to a suite, but it overlooked the pool and was very noisy. I could hear people yelling from the pool area throughout the day.
